This article is written in order to reach the management of HEB. You know once I had an idea I wanted to share with Herb Kelleher of Southwest Airlines, and sure enough I sent a note to him and got a thank you and a response and this was when the Internet was in its infancy.
Things change. Maybe it’s the pandemic. Maybe its the chaos generated by the pandemic. I don’t know. But I have had a Hell of a time trying to share this.
